The non-disclosure agreement terms.
This Volunteer Agreement (“Agreement”) details the terms and expectations for volunteers participating in the Nature for All volunteer program. By accepting this Agreement, you agree to the following terms:
Volunteer Role: You will serve as a volunteer for the Nature for All initiative within our organization. If you are under 18 years old at the time of this agreement, you will provide the name and address of an adult to oversee your activities. A list of services is provided below, which may be updated from time to time on our portal.
Intellectual Property: All data, information, members' data, and plans released before or after this agreement are the intellectual property of Kewlex Technologies smc private limited. Volunteers are prohibited from taking such information or sharing it with any other individual, organization, or business without specific permission granted by the CEO of Kewlex Technologies smc private limited.
No Expectation of Payment: You acknowledge that your services are voluntary and that you will not receive any payment or compensation. You will maintain Non-Employee Status, unless appointed as an employee through a written agreement. While volunteers do not receive monetary compensation, they may gain experience and training. Should we receive funding from Kewlex or other sources, we aim to utilize it to support you based on amount and priorities.
Time Commitment: Specify the anticipated time commitment (e.g., hours per week, service duration).
Release of Liability: You comprehend and accept the risks associated with volunteering and release Nature for All initiative by Universal Education System, an initiative by Kewlex Technologies smc private limited, from liability for any injuries or damages incurred during your volunteer service.
You agree to uphold confidentiality requirements concerning sensitive information you may encounter, such as details about other volunteers, personal information of volunteers, activity dates, times, locations, scope of activities, resources, plans, and other initiative-related information. Report any illegal activities promptly to the nearest law enforcement, as we solely offer guidance on nature conservation and accessibility, not security or medical services for volunteer work. The focus is on engaging you in conservation and restoration efforts in your local area, home, and safe working zones. We discourage jeopardizing your safety in any way.
Avoid high-risk locations that may pose physical, psychological, or other forms of harm.
Steer clear of communities and individuals who misunderstand your goals and feel threatened.
Refrain from involving strangers in your activities.
Safeguard your personal and sensitive information.
If under 18 years old, seek supervision from a trusted adult, like a long-known teacher or with parental consent, before engaging in activities.
For those under 18, recommended activity areas include your school or its premises, your home, and adult supervised zones.
Code of Conduct: Adhere to our organization’s code of conduct, treating others with respect, following laws, respecting others' privacy, and maintaining professionalism.
Emergency Contacts: Provide emergency contact details.
Termination: Either party can terminate this Agreement by providing notice without explanation. Such terminations are non-challengeable in any jurisdiction.
The activities which are strictly forbidden are following, but not limited to, based on our natural understanding of the topics mentioned:
Political activism, criticism, using any sign/flag of any political party, organization or group which is directly or indirectly working for political objectives.
Religious activities must be limited to your own practices done personally, but no religious talk, discussion, slogan, banner, poster which is offensive in any manner to any belief or religion is allowed at our portal, in our activities. Any individual doing so will be immediately removed from system, and shall be responsible for his actions, without any liability to Nature for All, Universal Education System, or Kewlex Technologies smc private limited, which is running this only as a social service and not intending to make any profits, shall not be liable for any consequential outcomes and/or damages arising from such forbidden activities.
Cultural/ Ethnic activism. You will not offend any culture in any possible way or cause any physical or mental offence to anyone, any cultural values. However, we would make every effort to align the conservation of Nature with cultural values, in a non-offensive manner, following our ethical and moral obligations. Individual cultures may be practiced which are non-offensive to other cultures and religions, in which case such activities be avoided. The common goal and objective of conservation of nature is the responsibility of every individual in society.
The Nature for All program focuses on the conservation and restoration of nature, aiming to foster a connection between people and the environment, and cultivate a community that values and nurtures nature. Kewlex Technologies smc private has initiated the Universal Education System portal in partner with the IUCN Nature for All program. This initiative by Kewlex is purely altruistic, with no commercial motives. The company covers all expenses related to program development and implementation strategies design.
Your eagerness to contribute to special events and educational initiatives is commendable! There are numerous ways to engage and make a meaningful difference.
We offer various volunteer opportunities, where we do not provide remuneration for any activities and hold no liability for safety and security, as this is a shared responsibility. Our role is to offer information and guidance about activities, which should be used after careful consideration of risks. If you feel unable to safely manage a task, please refrain from undertaking it. These roles are unpaid and depend entirely on your availability, interest, and commitment to nature and the environment. Kindly indicate the role you are interested in.
Higher level roles:
Nature Ambassador: Coordinates city or community activities, maintains local member records, oversees welfare and mutual care, and keeps the organization updated on field activities.
Field Activist: Supervises local team tasks such as tree planting, park cleaning, bird watching, and educational visits. Manages a network of Education Ambassadors.
Education Ambassador: Educators at educational institutions who lead Nature for All initiatives, collaborate with Field Activists, and maintain a network of Education Ambassadors.
Social Media Activist: Individuals of all ages with online access, IT expertise, and a passion for nature conservation. Focus on climate change, sustainable development goals, and motivating volunteer participation.
Education and Research Participants: Students, teachers, intellectuals, influencers, decision-makers, and professionals from diverse backgrounds. Utilize research, creativity, data analytics, and project management skills for conservation efforts.
Women and women organization representatives. This role is very special to involve mothers, housewives, women activists, and in general women from different walks of life into Nature Conservation activities. Women can play a significant role in educating and training the upcoming generations about Nature, being the first and most important school for children, their importance is far greater than anyone for this.
Participation roles:
Junior participant: aged between 7 to 13 years, to work under teacher/parent/guardian supervision.
Participant: Aged between 14 to less than 18 years, to work under teacher/parent/guardian supervision.
Education activist (school or university students. Those below 18 years work only under supervision of an adult)
Independent Active Member (Only above 18 years with legal proof of age
